Delivery fee: We deliver FREE within 28 miles of our zip code- 75156. 28-35 miles incurs a $35 del fee.
Rental Times:
We deliver Friday and pick up Sunday for the prices shown on the pictures.
We deliver between 7AM- 2PM (DEPENDING ON HOW MANY UNITS ARE GOING OUT AND LOCATIONS OF DELIVERIES).
WE WILL TEXT THE DAY BEFORE and provide a 30 MINUTE WINDOW ETA.
dEPosits:
We do NOT Take a deposit except on the white castle. We just ask if you need to cancel, please do so asap (at least 24 hrs before reservation.)
Cancellations:
We will ONLY cancel if forecast shows higher than 70% chance of rain or bad weather( and will wait until morning of reservation, at your request ..before cancelling). However, you may cancel earlier if you prefer.
SET UP:
we DO NOT set up on dirt, sand or gravel. we ONLY Set up on grass, concrete or indoors such as parks, schools, church's, etc**Please make sure grass is cut and clear of dog poop, branches, thorns...
